Free Golf in Sara Roosevelt Park! …volunteers for park study…and fitness trainer instruction

From CITY PARKS FOUNDATION

GOLF – AUGUST 2016

Can you believe it??

These free beginner golf lessons makes the sport of golf accessible to kids throughout New York City. Free use of equipment is available at all lessons.

As with all City Parks Foundation youth sports programs, the emphasis is not only on learning the basics of a given sport, but also in developing self-confidence and sportsmanship.

The program gives kids a chance to apply their skills and try out for intermediate-level programs and ultimately the CityParks Junior Golf Academy – a free, specialized program for dedicated young golfers held our Junior Golf Center in Brooklyn.

If you have any questions, please contact sports@cityparksfoundation.org or call (718) 760-6999.
Complete the form on-line to register for programs meeting 2x weekly from August 1- 25.  Class sizes are limited and available on a first-come basis.
